Singer Associates has locations with offices and service centers throughout our respective
territory. The Virginia offices are located in Manassas, Richmond and Roanoke. The Maryland offices are located in Baltimore, Easton, and Williamsport. Singer
Associates moved into a brand new facility in Richmond. Singer Associates primary objective is to sell and service emergency
vehicles and equipment including Pierce, Medtec, Frontline and PL Custom, as well as Hurst, Drager SCBA and Bullard. The company also provides equipment, parts and gear by representing numerous emergency equipment vendors and suppliers.

Singer Associates moved into a new location for their Corporate Headquarters and Northern Virginia Service Center in Manassas, VA. This new state of the art facility combined offices previously located in Manassas, Gainesville and Winchester, Virginia.

Singer Associates relocated its Richmond Service Center to Chester, VA minutes south of the City of Richmond, VA. Singer Associates acquired Pro Tech Custom Designs, Inc. Pro Tech specializes in custom emergency vehicle conversions including EMS response vehicles, command vehicles, law enforcement cruisers, K9 units and other special purpose vehicles. They are experts in vehicle warning systems, custom cabinetry and consoles for radios, cellular and navigation equipment. This acquisition allows Singer Associates to expand its small apparatus capabilities. Acquired land in Manassas, Virginia near the intersection of I-66 and the Prince William Parkway for the Corporate Headquarters and Northern Virginia Service Center.

Singer Associates purchased Bay Fire, which created a service center location on the Delmarva Penninsula.
This location brought emergency vehicle service to customers in Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland
and Virginia.

SAFE became the authorized dealer for Pierce and Medtec in Maryland, Delaware, four counties
of West Virginia (Berkeley, Mineral, Morgan, and Jefferson), and the remaining two counties in Virginia
(Northampton and Accomack). With this territory Singer Associates immediately created a partnership with
West Potomac Fire Equipment in Williamsport, MD. SAFE also opened a service center located in Linthicum, Maryland. Minutes away from downtown Baltimore in November 2004.
In December, SAFE changed its marketing strategy when a decision was made to market the company as
Singer Associates - When Performance Matter to more appropriately reflect the expanded organization
in terms of geography, products and services. |

SAFE moved from Warrenton to Gainesville, Virginia. This location housed the corporate
office functions as well as a service center with a full functioning parts, equipment and conversion
department. Also, SAFE joined forces with Medtec Ambulance Corporation.

| 1998 | SAFE became a dealer for the most popular and leading producer of hydraulic rescue tools emergency products - Hurst "Jaws of Life." Hurst continues to be the leading producer of emergency hydraulic rescue tools.

After being awarded a 31 unit contract from the City of Richmond, the largest domestic order in Pierce history at the time, SAFE opened it's second Service Center in Richmond, Virginia. The City of Richmond contract was a watershed event in SAFE's growth. Our success with this contract afforded SAFE the opportunity to pursue and obtain additional business within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
In October of 1997, SAFE opened its third service center in Warrenton, Virginia and, at the same time, relocated the corporate offices to the Warrenton location.

SAFE’s Pierce sales territory expanded to include the entire Commonwealth of Virginia (excluding Northampton and Accomack Counties). The first of five Service Centers opend in Roanoke, Virginia. This facility provided warranty repairs and the unique ability to operate as a body and paint shop.

SAFE expanded to began offering specialty vehicles, including brush trucks, conversion vehicles, command units, motorcycles and chief vehicles.

| 1994 | SAFE’s Pierce sales territory was expanded to include the southwest portions of Virginia. In March 1994, SAFE begin representing PL Custom Emergency Vehicles located in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey.

SAFE became an authorized representative for Pierce Manufacturing, serving a territory that includes the northern one-third of Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
