Our warranty program is designed to protect the customer's new fire apparatus from any defect in material
and workmanship. It is not intended to take the place of regular maintenance, nor is it a service contract.
Warranty will not cover any vehicle, chassis or component, part or accessory damaged by misuse, neglect or
accident.
When does the warranty period begin?
The fire apparatus needs to be placed in service within sixty (60) days
after delivery to the original purchaser. The yellow warranty
card, provided with the truck upon delivery, must be sent in within
60 days. If the card is not sent in, Pierce will use the date
the truck left the factory for the start of the warranty.
